Our goal is to ship within one business day of receiving your order. Our standard shipping carries are the U.S. Postal Service and UPS. Postal Service orders ship Priority Mail or First Class Parcel, depending on weight, with a typical delivery window of 2-3 business days. UPS options are Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Overnight. All packages are given a tracking number.
We ship anywhere in the world the U.S. Priority Mail International delivers. This is the only international carrier we use. We charge actual shipping and insurance charges on international packages plus a $1.00 handling fee. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, as well as PayPal transfers, money orders, and cashier's checks in United States currency only. Payments attempted in a different currency will not be accepted. If you choose to pay by any method other than credit card, your order will not be processed or shipped until we receive payment.
If you would like to know shipping charges on your order, Select your items on our website and use the shipping estimator or e-mail us at email@example.com with your address, and we will e-mail back the actual shipping charges.
If we ship you the wrong item, or a damaged or defective item, please give us a call promptly so we can issue you a replacement in a timely fashion. If the item was lost of damaged by the shipping carrier, notify us immediately, and document the damage with photographs to assist in filing a claim. Return shipping costs for correctly processed orders are the responsibility of the purchaser, and subject to a 10% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase. No returns on DVDs or CDs.
