The steel we presently offer is as it comes from the mill and is not precision ground except when indicated by a PG after the catalog number. Some sizes are pre-sanded to remove mill scale. It is annealed, but still needs to be heat-treated and tempered, which is a service we offer. (See Services) You may order as little as one foot of steel. We do not charge for first cut. For custom cuts on bar stock we charge $.50 per cut. PG=PRECISION GROUND
